Introduction to Disability Awareness

Have you ever asked yourself how much money people with disabilities are failing to spend with your business, because it’s just too difficult?  The courses below are about knowing how to increase your customer base by being accessible to everyone; and training your staff to give better customer service to everyone.   Result:  increased profit!  For more information on how to book a place on this course contact us.

Below are the courses available throughout 2009, courses start at 10:00am and finish at 3:00pm.  Courses cost £60 per person, tea and coffee is included but delegates must bring own lunch.
